In an interview, Igor Rattaj explained the Gopass Property project, which combines the benefits of suites built and operated by Tatry mountain resorts a.s. (TMR). Gopass Property allows clients to invest in real estate and also in the TMR company. Igor Rattaj sees enormous potential in tourism, particularly in real estate located in ski or tourist resorts, which are the only properties whose value has not decreased despite the current inflationary depreciation in the regular real estate market.
Gopass Property is a fund that will invest in suites developed, built and operated by TMR. The entire service of looking after the suites is also provided by TMR.
Yes, of course, I am also one of those who have an investment suite and let it generate income. It’s a chalet which I rent out via TMR and the return is quite profitable.”
