The Gopass Property investment project is experiencing dynamic growth. After only the first three months, it has delivered initial results to investors, and the project’s portfolio continues to expand.

The funds raised by Gopass Property were invested in the purchase of 9 suites in the Villa Gronie suite complex at the Szczyrk resort in Poland, and also in the acquisition of 19 selected suites at the Bešeňová water park. Both properties have a proven track record of above-average rental returns and further potential. Thanks to these investments, Gopass Property achieved a return of 2.8% for investors in its first quarter, which corresponds to an annualised return of 11.2%. Gopass Property is expanding its portfolio and plans to invest in several suites in the newly constructed Central Hotel in Jasná. The sale is expected to begin in November 2024, and Gopass Property, as one of the first interested parties, will have the opportunity to choose suites. This presents a new opportunity for Gopass Property investors.
