When does the season pass pay for itself?
If you buy your season pass in the first May wave at the lowest price, the numbers are very favourable. This is based on the average price of a 1-day ski pass purchased online, which tends to be around 50 € throughout the season in TMR resorts. Based on this average, the return on investment comes surprisingly quickly.
1. Gopass SKI Season Pass (589 €)
- Break-even point: You only need around 11–12 days of skiing over the entire winter.

- For families: Are you planning a one-week ski holiday plus a couple of weekend trips? A season pass is the obvious choice.
3. Gopass SKI FLEXI Season Pass (639 €)
This is where things get really interesting from a value perspective because with this pass, nothing goes to waste. You either use up the full value on skiing and then continue enjoying the pistes for free, or any unused balance is refunded in the form of goX cashback.
- Example: Let’s say you visit Tatralandia 5 times during the summer (approx. value 175 €). That still leaves you with 464 € to use in winter.
- To come out ahead, you then only need to ski for around 9 days.
- NO risk: If you fall ill or the winter season turns out to be poor and you only ski, let’s say, for 5 days, the remaining value is returned to you as goX cashback – so you don’t lose a single euro. And if you happen to use up the entire value during the summer on water parks, you can still ski throughout the whole winter season as if nothing happened, right through to the end.
