Ski touring on ski pistes in Jasná and the High Tatras is only permitted on designated ascent routes during the opening times of resorts and in accordance with the specific rules of each resort. Ski touring outside the designated routes and times is not allowed for safety reasons.
Access to the designated skitouring routes in Jasná and the High Tatras is permitted only with a valid Skialp ticket or a Skialp season pass. Skialpinism in the resorts of Tatranská Lomnica and Štrbské Pleso is subject to a fee from 20 December 2025.
If you have a GOPASS SKI Season Pass or a valid 1-day ski pass for your ski touring day, you don’t have to buy a Ski Touring Ticket anymore.

Ski touring in the High Tatras
Following the Jasná resort, where skitouring fees were introduced already last winter season, the High Tatras are taking the same step. The introduction of the fee represents a basic tool for regulating this mass activity and at the same time significantly contributes to increased safety within the resort.
The aim of the measure is to ensure the safe movement of all visitors – whether skiers, snowboarders or skialpinists – especially on ski slopes, uphill routes, run-out areas and related zones. At the same time, it is a fair way for skialpinists to contribute to the costs associated with resort operations, such as snowmaking and grooming, technical maintenance of slopes and overall safety management.

Night ski touring in Jasná
Night ski touring is allowed only on selected pistes and ascent routes. Jasná – Chaletová: during night skiing from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
